UAE-based trade, transport, and logistics holding group 7X has officially launched its new National Network for Logistics (NXN) during the 28th Universal Postal Congress – Dubai 2025, hosted by the UAE in collaboration with the Universal Postal Union (UPU).

NXN is positioned as a new benchmark in postal, parcel, and logistics services, integrating local and international providers under a hybrid physical-digital infrastructure. The platform offers individuals, businesses, and the e-commerce sector a unified solution for sending, receiving, storing, and fulfilling shipments.

The network will feature 87 branches, over 1,000 out-of-home pick-up and drop-off points, and smart lockers across the UAE, in addition to same-day and next-day delivery services. Its operations are managed by Waslah, 7X’s digital logistics aggregator, and integrated with WAYN, the UAE’s Digital P.O. Box, to ensure secure and trusted deliveries.

Badr Al-Olama, Chairman of 7X, Tariq Al Wahedi, Group CEO of 7X, and Abdulaziz Alhammadi, General Manager of NXN, attended the launch event alongside strategic partners.

Tariq Al Wahedi, Group CEO of 7X, said: “Our goal is to create an open network that transforms logistics from a fragmented and expensive system to a unified, global ecosystem. NXN is the practical embodiment of this vision. It helps reinforce the UAE’s position as a global logistics hub by making services simple, cost-effective, and accessible through all digital and physical touchpoints.”

Abdulaziz Alhammadi added that NXN is designed around four pillars — Send, Receive, Store, and Enable — which collectively address shipping, pick-up, storage, and SME empowerment needs. “NXN is more than just a logistics network; it is a unified national platform that empowers individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses to access new avenues for global trade from the UAE,” he said.

7X’s partnerships with DHL, Aramex, FedEx, and others form the backbone of NXN, alongside group subsidiaries EMX and FINTX. This collaboration enables service providers to expand their reach while reducing costs and complexity, and supports eCommerce businesses with comprehensive logistics and fulfilment solutions.

The launch aligns with national strategies, including ‘We the UAE 2031’ and the ‘Zero Bureaucracy’ initiative, underscoring the government’s push for digital transformation and smart infrastructure.
