Dubai Civil Defence swiftly contained a fire triggered by a gas leak at a restaurant in Al Barsha on Monday, May 13, successfully completing the operation in record time.
Officials confirmed that the situation was quickly brought under control, minimizing damage and ensuring public safety.
Also, no injuries were reported. The statement by Dubai Civil Defence read, “Dubai Civil Defense teams successfully brought under control, in record time, a fire caused by a gas leak in a restaurant in the Al Barsha area.”
The incident occurred in the Pearl View restaurant located in the 13-storey Al Zarooni building on Halim Street in Barsha 1. Some visuals on the internet show fumes gushing out from a window, with massive crowds gathered in the area. Meanwhile, an investigation is currently ongoing to determine the precise cause of the leak.
