Beeline Kazakhstan, a subsidiary of Dubai-based digital operator VEON, will purchase online classifieds company OLX Kazakhstan for $75 million.
The VEON, Nasdaq-listed, which transferred its headquarters to Dubai last year, stated that the purchase will complement its digital services in the Central Asian nation.
According to VEON, OLX KZ has around 10 million monthly active users and 3.6 million listings.
The acquisition of OLX KZ by Beeline Kazakhstan is subject to regulatory approvals and usual closing conditions.
