Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company PJSC (du) has announced its third quarter 2025 financial results and reported a high revenue growth and a good level of profitability in its major business sections.
The revenues of the company also increased by 7.9 percent year on year to reach AED3.87 billion, owing to its sustained growth in its mobile, fixed, and ICT businesses.
The EBITDA stood at AED1.85 billion and translated to a 47.8 percent margin, and net profit grew by 25.8 percent on a normalized basis to AED732 million.
The CEO of du, Fahad Al Hassawi, stated that the third-quarter performance supported the growth trend and operational discipline at the company.
He further stated that the success of the secondary public offering that witnessed du free float which rose to 27.7 percent elicited better liquidity and diversification of the investor base, indicating a move that demonstrated high confidence in the long-term strategy of the company.
The mobile customer base of du increased at the annual growth rate of 10.3 percent year-on-year to reach 9.2 million subscribers due to demand in both prepaid and postpaid services.
The fixed-line customer base grew by 9.7 percent to 718,000, with continued demand in the home wireless and fiber broadband.
The operating free cash flow increased by 11 percent to AED1.36 billion, and the capital expenditure was AED492 million, which is a 12.7 percent intensity ratio.
Al Hassawi added that the good performance of du in three consecutive quarters encouraged its full-year outlook by confirming the performance of the company in terms of growth of its revenue to 6-8 percent and EBITDA margin to 45-47 percent in 2025.
He further reported that du will keep accelerating on its momentum by strengthening its core connectivity business and expanding on high-potential growth areas, including AI and digital solutions, citing the recent introduction of the AI Park ecosystem and the AI supercluster as examples of its strategic emphasis on sovereign AI leadership and sustainable diversification.
