EasyLease PJSC, the subsidiary company of IHC, has reported a high level of financial performance during the nine months of operation, which ended on September 30, 2025, with operating profit growing 92 percent year-on-year to AED63 million, with revenue of AED516 million, showing a strong growth of 77 percent year-on-year.
The core mobility and logistics segment contributed to the strong financial performance, and it was backed by the long-term demand in last-mile delivery within e-commerce and food segments.
This segment generated revenue of AED308 million, an increase of 31.64 percent year-on-year and a 56.06 percent increase in profits.
The net profit increased by 71 percent to AED48 million, and EBITDA increased by 67 percent to AED127 million as a sign of limited execution and efficiency of operations at EasyLease.
EasyLease CEO Ahmad Al Sadah said that “Our consistent top-line expansion, driven by our operational model, demonstrates the strength of our diversified mobility platform. The integration of Gallega Group Holdings DMCC and expansion of our fleet underline our ability to capture value across the mobility and logistics ecosystem.”
The average net growth of EasyLease was 40 percent in nine months to September 30, 2025, in its active rental fleet, which comprised both organic growth and aggressive fleet investment in its major customer segment.
Stable utilization rates in the increased fleet size have assisted in increasing the revenue with healthy unit economics.
Moreover, there is the successful integration of Gallega Group Holdings DMCC, which has enabled EasyLease to expand its service offering to a great extent to provide a sense of depth into logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management.
The diversified portfolio has made it possible to have cross-sector synergies and increase customer value.
After the introduction of United Trans Jordan, Q3 experienced further growth in the region and solidified the strategy of the company to expand its integrated mobile platform in the growing GCC markets.
Therefore, EasyLease currently has a presence in Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Jordan.
