Dubai International Chamber, one of the three chambers operating under the Dubai Chambers umbrella, has revealed its key achievements for the first nine months of 2025. The strong results highlight the chamber’s continued efforts to enhance Dubai’s competitiveness as a hub for foreign direct investment.
Between Q1 and Q3 2025, the chamber successfully attracted 261 companies to Dubai, marking a 65% increase compared to the 158 companies recorded during the same period in 2024. These included 44 multinational corporations, up from 40 last year, representing a 10% rise. The chamber also brought in 217 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) during the same period, an 84% jump from 118 SMEs in the first nine months of 2024.
Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Chairman of Dubai International Chamber, commented, “We remain focused on attracting high-value foreign investment to Dubai, expanding the opportunities the emirate offers across key sectors, and reinforcing its pivotal role on the global trade and investment map in line with the objectives of the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33).”
He added, “The chamber’s network of international offices serves as a key platform helping Dubai-based companies expand successfully into overseas markets, while also showcasing to global business communities the integrated competitive advantages that position Dubai as a leading international centre for trade and investment.”
Over the first three quarters of 2025, Dubai International Chamber continued to drive progress under the Dubai Global initiative, which aims to create 50 international representative offices by 2030.
The chamber’s expanding global presence is central to reinforcing Dubai’s position as a premier international business destination, attracting foreign investments, and supporting the global growth of Dubai-based companies across 30 key markets. As part of this expansion, the chamber opened five new representative offices in Dhaka (Bangladesh), Cape Town (South Africa), Bengaluru (India), Bangkok (Thailand), and Toronto (Canada).
During the same period, representative offices organised 376 roundtable meetings to promote Dubai as a global business hub, attract foreign direct investments, and position the emirate as a gateway for companies seeking to scale internationally.
This international network acts as a strategic link between Dubai and global business communities, fostering two-way investment, opening new channels for trade, and enabling companies in each market to benefit from the opportunities available in Dubai.
The chamber’s representative offices also play a key role in showcasing Dubai’s competitive strengths as an ideal destination for business growth and expansion.
These offices deliver market insights on Dubai’s business landscape and support international companies looking to establish operations in the emirate or expand from Dubai into high-growth global markets.
