Dubai’s branded residence market is set to welcome a new entrant as Centurion Properties, in partnership with OCTA Properties, has unveiled the emirate’s first residential tower branded by Mouawad — the century-old luxury jewellery house known globally for its high jewellery craftsmanship.
The announcement was formalised at a signing ceremony held at the Mouawad boutique in Dubai Mall, marking the brand’s first move into architectural design and expanding the growing trend of luxury labels entering the real estate sector.
A New Luxury Landmark in Meydan Horizon
Rising 19 storeys, the Mouawad-branded tower will be situated in Meydan Horizon, one of Dubai’s emerging master-planned districts. The development will include a signature grand lobby, premium amenities and curated design details inspired by Mouawad’s heritage.
Centurion Properties CEO Joby George said the project aligns with the company’s strategy to merge sustainable design with luxury living. “We are creating a destination for residents who value prestige, functionality and timeless design,” he said.
Meydan Horizon, positioned as a high-growth residential and lifestyle hub, is increasingly attracting premium developments due to its connectivity, green spaces and urban planning framework.
Mouawad Expands Its Legacy Beyond Jewellery
Fourth Generation Co-Guardian Pascal Mouawad said the partnership represents a natural evolution for the brand as it translates its design language from jewellery to architecture. “Continuing the Mouawad legacy means staying true to our values of excellence, artistry and heritage,” he noted.
The residences will incorporate Mouawad’s design signatures across the façade, interiors and finishes — a strategy aimed at appealing to high-net-worth buyers seeking exclusivity and brand-aligned craftsmanship.
OCTA Properties to Lead Sales and Marketing
OCTA Properties, serving as the exclusive global licensee for Mouawad-branded residences, will oversee sales and marketing. CEO Fawaz Sous said the development sets “a new benchmark in luxury real estate,” as the firm continues expanding its branded residence portfolio in Dubai.
Branded residences remain one of the fastest-growing real estate segments in the UAE, fuelled by demand from international buyers and strong developer-brand collaborations. The Meydan Horizon tower adds to a pipeline that includes partnerships with global hospitality and fashion names seeking to tap Dubai’s luxury market momentum.
