Jumeirah, a global leader in luxury hospitality and part of Dubai Holding, has announced a landmark collaboration: The Maltese Falcon, a Jumeirah Privé Experience.

This partnership brings one of the world’s most iconic sailing superyachts into the Jumeirah Privé collection, marking the brand’s strategic expansion into the ultra-luxury yachting segment.

The Maltese Falcon becomes the second offering in the Jumeirah Privé portfolio joining Jumeirah Thanda Island which was created to offer a hand-picked selection of escapes that combine total privacy and exclusivity with Jumeirah’s renowned service and amenities.

Through this collaboration, Jumeirah will bring its signature approach to hospitality aboard the yacht. Guests can expect elevated culinary concepts, expert-led wellness experiences, and the attentive, anticipatory service that defines Jumeirah properties worldwide delivering the brand’s signature warmth and generosity at sea.

The instantly recognisable 88-metre superyacht, celebrated globally and honoured with over 18 awards since its 2006 debut, remains a benchmark of innovation, craftsmanship, and timeless design. Its pioneering DynaRig system features three rotating, freestanding carbon-fibre masts capable of deploying 2,400 square metres of sail in just six minutes.

Under the Jumeirah Privé banner, The Maltese Falcon will begin its inaugural voyage in December 2025, departing from Antigua and offering seasonal itineraries across the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Summer routes will span the Balearic Islands, the French Riviera and Monaco, Italy’s Amalfi Coast and Sardinia, and the shores of Croatia, Montenegro, Greece and Türkiye. In winter, the yacht will return to the Caribbean, visiting Antigua, The Bahamas, Saint Martin and St. Barth.

Commenting on the announcement, Thomas B. Meier, Chief Executive Officer of Jumeirah, said, “The Maltese Falcon marks an exciting chapter for Jumeirah Privé, extending our reach into the world of luxury yachting. Designed for the most discerning travellers, this collaboration reflects our commitment to creating distinctive and purposeful experiences that combine privacy, exclusivity and exceptional service.”

Jumeirah continues to expand sustainably and remains on track to double its global portfolio by 2030. Aligned with its ambition to become the world’s most influential hospitality brand, Jumeirah is growing its footprint across key markets and enhancing its offerings through intentional design, mindful living and holistic wellbeing.
