lululemon and its franchise partner Majid Al Futtaim are celebrating ten years of partnership in the Middle East with the opening of new stores and the regional launch of the Align No Line collection. A decade after the first lululemon store opened at Mall of the Emirates in 2015, the brand continues to grow its presence and inspire movement, wellbeing, and community across the region.
Since opening its first store, lululemon has expanded to 29 locations, supported by four e-commerce platforms across five markets. In that time, more than 5,000 community events have been hosted, from yoga in the park to large-scale fitness gatherings, creating spaces for people to connect through movement and wellbeing. The brand has also championed local talent through its ambassador programme, working with over 200 ambassadors across the region to build community connection and encourage active, purpose-led living.
To accommodate the continued and growing demand for the lululemon experience, Dubai’s flagship store in Mall of the Emirates has relocated to a larger space on the ground floor, offering an elevated guest experience with expanded services and experiential touchpoints. The new store’s official opening will take place on 11 December. This month will also see lululemon open its first Sharjah store. Located at Majid Al Futtaim’s City Centre Sharjah mall, the opening marks the brand’s debut in the Emirate and its 30th store in the Middle East.

This year, lululemon is also celebrating 10 years of Align™ – the iconic franchise that changed the game in women’s athletic apparel. To mark this moment, lululemon has unveiled the Align No Line™ High-Rise Pant – a new take on the tight that started it all. Following its global debut earlier this year, the Align No Line™ High-Rise Pant will launch in the Middle East this month, bringing an exciting new style in the iconic Align™ franchise to guests across the region.
