Mohamed bin Hadi Al Hussaini, Minister of State for Financial Affairs, held a meeting with Robert Troy, Minister of State at Ireland’s Department of Finance, at the Ministry of Finance headquarters in Dubai.
The discussion covered several topics of mutual interest to both nations, along with opportunities to further strengthen cooperation in financial-sector–related areas. Al Hussaini welcomed Troy to the UAE and praised the growing ties between the UAE and Ireland.
During the meeting, both parties highlighted the importance of enhancing collaboration and sharing expertise to improve the effectiveness of financial systems and advance sustainable development initiatives in both countries.
Al Hussaini emphasised that the UAE is keen to expand financial cooperation with Ireland, stating, “We look forward to building institutional relationships that enhance the exchange of expertise and develop shared opportunities, serving the interests of both countries and supporting their future economic agendas.”
The meeting concluded with both sides underscoring the need for ongoing coordination and communication to reinforce bilateral relations and further strengthen cooperation in the financial sector.
