Qatar’s Real Estate Transactions Recorded About QR463.01 Million In Weekly Trading

Real estate trading volume in sales contracts registered by the Department of Real Estate Registration of the Ministry of Justice indicated that the trading in major categories of property and municipalities is still active, having comprised QR354.25 million during the period between December 14-18, 2025.

The Weekly Real Estate Bulletin released by the Ministry indicated that sales contracts of residential units at the time were valued by QR108.76 million, which led to the overall trading value being around QR463.01 million.

The bulletin reported that the number of real estate transactions made in the week covered a broad spectrum of the types of property that included vacant land, residential property, residential buildings, residential complexes, commercial shops, a commercial building, an administrative building, and residential units.

Therefore, this variety of transactions exemplifies the interest of the investors in both residential and commercial parts of the Qatari real estate market.

The trading activity was mainly concentrated in municipalities, including Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Daayen, Al Khor, Al Dhakhira, and Al Shamal.

Other regions with prolific sales were Lusail (Zone 69), Al Wukair, The Pearl, Ghar Thuailib, Al Khuraij, Al Mashaf, Al Sakhama, and Al Gharrafa, highlighting the current demand in both the developed and developing urban areas.

According to the Ministry, the most recent weekly results are the continuation of a highly effective result in the past week. The real estate transactions registered by the Department during the period of December 7 to 11 reported that it was over QR 488 million, indicating a stable and robust market that is backed by the ongoing development projects and investor trust.

The Real Estate Registration Department also publishes its weekly bulletin to offer transparency of the real estate activity and assist market observers, investors, and others with new information concerning the real estate trading trends in the Qatar property market.
