Sharjah Asset Management has revealed its new corporate strategy for 2026-2028, which gives a pathway to the growth of the economy and social life of the emirate, as well as to facilitate the role of the organisation in sustainable development and responsible investment.

The strategy was unveiled at an internal event held at SAM’s headquarters. The group CEO, Waleed Al Sayegh, attended alongside the leadership team and employees. The event highlighted the organisation’s focus on execution, alignment, and human capital.

Al Sayegh said, “Our new strategy stems from a firm conviction that our employees are the true drivers of achievement.” He observed that the plan will be action-oriented in that people are at the center and that this will be backed by a work environment that connects incentives, benefits, and rewards directly to performance.

The 2026-2028 strategy is designed to maximise the financial worth of SAM’s investment portfolio. It aims to support the long-term, sustainable economic development of Sharjah.

Therefore, it focuses on profitability and efficiency in operation, and strengthens the governance and responsible investment across all asset classes.
