Expo Khorfakkan has announced its events calendar for the first quarter of 2026, featuring a diverse lineup of specialised exhibitions alongside commercial, cultural, and entertainment activities.
The programme highlights Expo Khorfakkan’s commitment to stimulating economic growth in the Eastern Region while reinforcing its position as a premier destination for shopping and entertainment.
The calendar forms part of the centre’s strategy to create diverse commercial platforms for traders, home-based businesses, and entrepreneurs, while offering visitors a comprehensive experience that combines retail, entertainment, and cultural engagement.
Expo Khorfakkan kicked off its Q1 2026 events calendar in January with innovative exhibitions and events showcasing strong participation from local brands.
With the approach of Ramadan, the centre plans to deliver a full festive experience, blending shopping and entertainment. Exhibitions will feature a wide range of Ramadan merchandise, premium gifts, and seasonal essentials, complemented by dedicated food and beverage zones.
Families can enjoy a distinctive Ramadan atmosphere in a dynamic, interactive setting. Activities include live workshops, “Hag Al Laila” events, and children’s competitions, offering an inclusive and engaging environment for visitors of all ages.
Khalil Al Mansouri, Director of Expo Khorfakkan, said the diverse Q1 2026 exhibition agenda reflects the centre’s strategic goal to strengthen Khorfakkan’s standing as a leading destination for shopping, entertainment, and engagement in the Eastern Region. He emphasised that events are designed to cater to the interests of all visitor segments.
“These exhibitions are designed to combine commercial activity with entertainment and cultural experiences, enabling visitors to explore new products, interact with local designers and traders, and enjoy a safe, family-friendly environment,” Al Mansouri added.
He noted that the events also support entrepreneurs and SMEs by providing platforms to showcase their products and connect with wider audiences.
Al Mansouri highlighted the centre’s role in promoting innovation across commercial and cultural sectors. Each exhibition aims to offer a unique experience that integrates retail, entertainment, and culture, enabling families and children to participate in interactive and Ramadan-themed activities, while enhancing social interaction and delivering a holistic visitor experience.
