Statistics released in the real estate report issued by the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation showed that 242 property valuation transactions were completed in January, with a combined value of AED 1.06 billion.
Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stated that the valuation activities encompassed commercial, residential, and industrial properties. Commercial properties represented the largest portion of the total valuation amount, reaching AED 626.5 million, followed by residential properties at AED 329 million.
He further noted that the January report covered personal valuation transactions, as well as valuations related to courts, institutions, and long-term Golden Residence permits for investors. These accounted for 167 transactions, with a total value exceeding AED 303 million.
