H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, affirmed that since its establishment, the UAE has upheld strong principles of charity and humanitarian service, continuously advancing this legacy by fostering compassion, solidarity, and generosity both within the nation and abroad.
This statement came as H.H. Sheikh Humaid, accompanied by H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Ajman Executive Council, received members of the newly appointed Board of Trustees of the International Charity Organisation, chaired by Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, at the Ruler’s Court.
Sheikh Humaid welcomed the Chairman and members of the new Board, noting that their appointment to this humanitarian mission reflects their vast experience, reputable standing, and outstanding contributions to charitable and humanitarian work.
The Ajman Ruler emphasised that humanitarian service is a noble endeavour that brings great virtue and reward, as it embodies both honour and responsibility. He further highlighted its vital role in enhancing the UAE’s global reputation in the humanitarian sphere and underscored the importance of strengthening partnerships locally and internationally to ensure the sustainability and continuity of charitable initiatives.
For his part, Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the International Charity Organisation, expressed his deep gratitude and appreciation to H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid and H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid for their unwavering support and patronage since the organisation’s inception. He noted that this ongoing support continues to be a cornerstone of the organisation’s success and enduring humanitarian impact.
The meeting was attended by Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Ajman Ruler’s Representative for Administrative and Financial Affairs, along with several sheikhs and senior officials.
