The AlUla Wellness Festival returns this year with a bigger and more diverse program, introducing the first-ever AlUla Duathlon as part of its celebration of health, fitness, and mindfulness. The festival will run from 24 October to 1 November 2025, bringing visitors from around the world to experience movement and meditation across AlUla’s stunning landscapes of desert, oasis, and mountains.
The AlUla Duathlon, set for 24 October at Winter Park, marks the highlight of this year’s new mass participation events. The race will feature Olympic, Sprint, and Kids’ distances, inviting athletes of all levels to test their endurance with runs and rides through striking desert backdrops. The lively race village will provide food stalls, refreshments, and DJ sets, ensuring a festive atmosphere for both participants and spectators.
Beyond the Duathlon, the festival will showcase a lineup of competitive sporting events, including the AlUla Half Marathon, Ashar Valley Triathlon, Cycling Ride with Team Jayco AlUla, and the 24-Hour Endurance Race.
Balancing competition with mindfulness, the Wellness Festival will host an expansive AlUla Yoga Program with 78 sessions across serene venues such as Banyan Tree, Our Habitas AlUla, Shaden Resort, and the Five Senses Sanctuary. Visitors can also join Les Mills fitness classes at iconic landmarks like Elephant Rock and the Maraya Rooftop, with 22 sessions led by elite international trainers.
Whether through sunrise yoga, desert endurance races, or mindful practices, the AlUla Wellness Festival 2025 promises a transformative journey of community, nature, and self-discovery.
