Popular singer Arijit Singh, known for his slew of hits, has postponed his upcoming concert in UAE’s Abu Dhabi after the tragic terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. The concert was originally slated for May 9, 2025, at the Etihad Arena on Yas Island. However, now, the music mogul has shared an update about it being on hold.
Arijit made the announcement on Instagram, sharing that the decision was made due to recent events. He and his team are now working with the venue to find a new date for the show. Calling it a “difficult” decision, he shared, “We deeply appreciate your patience, support and understanding during this time.”

Fans who have already bought tickets don’t need to worry, as their tickets will still be valid for the rescheduled date. Those who prefer a refund can request one between May 12 and May 19, 2025, he added in the statement. Ending on a positive note, Arijit thanked his fans for their support and said he looks forward to performing for them soon.
