On 31 May 2025, the Grand Hyatt Convention Centre in Dubai will host a complimentary, high-impact real estate training session, organized by AYS Developers in collaboration with the region’s leading real estate training body, the Innovation Experts Real Estate Institute. Spearheading the session is Dr. Nour El-Serougy, globally known as “The Eagle of Real Estate” and a pioneer in PropTech education and real estate investment.
The event also marks a partnership with Al Safi Bank – the first Islamic bank established within the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC). Renowned for its Sharia-compliant financial services and expertise in cross-border transactions, Al Safi Bank brings a unique international perspective to the initiative.
Hosted by award-winning podcast presenter and business strategist Spencer Lodge – listed among Dubai’s Top 100 Most Influential People – the event is poised to set a Guinness World Record for the Largest Real Estate Training Session. The session will provide advanced training on selling off-plan projects, a key competency in the UAE’s fast-evolving real estate landscape.
Dr. El-Serougy, who is also the Founder and CEO of HRE Properties and a Senior Faculty Member at the Innovation Experts Real Estate Institute, will lead the training. With over two decades of international experience, thousands of trainees under his guidance, and a Guinness World Record already to his name, he is well-positioned to deliver this historic session.
Following the training, a high-level panel discussion on future investment in the Dubai Islands will be held. The panel will feature top industry leaders including Mr. Ismael Al Hammadi, Founder and CEO of Al Ruwad Real Estate and Biznet Consulting; Mr. Nazish Khan, COO of FIDU Properties; Ms. Sonia Waters, Head of Sales at AYS Developers; and Dr. Nour El-Serougy himself.
