Dubai’s fast-growing developer Binghatti staged one of its most ambitious international showcases to date, unveiling three major Dubai real estate projects in a single night at a high-profile event in Mumbai.

Hosted at Mumbai’s Jio World Centre, the gala marked the company’s first-ever project launch in India—highlighting the UAE’s deepening investment ties with one of its strongest global buyer bases. More than 3,000 guests, including investors, business leaders, dignitaries, and entertainment icons, attended the red-carpet evening.

Hollywood actor Terry Crews and Bollywood star Ronit Roy co-hosted the event, which featured live performances, a gala dinner, and a dramatic drone and fireworks reveal of Binghatti’s latest development: Binghatti Vintage, a 1.25 billion-dirham residential tower in Dubai’s Majan district near Global Village.

Three Major Launches in a Single Night

In a surprise announcement, Chairman Muhammad Binghatti revealed two additional Dubai projects—Binghatti Sky Terraces and Binghatti Pinnacle—making the evening the first time the developer has launched three major projects together.

“This night reflects our commitment to connecting cultures through architecture and investment,” Binghatti said. “Indian investors have long been essential partners, and our continued expansion underscores our confidence in Dubai’s long-term growth and resilience.”

Project Highlights

• Binghatti Vintage – Majan, Dubai
Set to be Majan’s tallest residential tower, rising over 40 storeys, the project features 1,572 units across studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and exclusive Royal Suites. More than 16 lifestyle amenities—including an open-air “Cinema Under the Stars,” infinity pools and family leisure zones—position it as a major residential destination.

• Binghatti Sky Terraces – Dubai Motor City
Offering 1,824 residences, the development features expansive stepped terraces, open-air decks, and contemporary design inspired by Dubai’s evolving skyline.

• Binghatti Pinnacle – Dubai Healthcare City 2, Al Jaddaf
Focused on long-term value, the project delivers one- to three-bedroom residences with uninterrupted Burj Khalifa views, rooftop leisure areas and family-centric layouts.

A Strategic Push Into India

The Mumbai premiere also marked the start of a five-day sales showcase at the Trident Hotel, offering Indian investors exclusive access to Dubai opportunities.

Binghatti’s decision to unveil three projects in India underscores the country’s position as one of Dubai’s most influential overseas investor markets. Last year, Indian investors ranked among the top buyers of Dubai real estate, driven by favourable returns, currency stability and long-term residency pathways.

A Growing Global Portfolio

Binghatti Holding now oversees more than 80 projects valued at over AED 80 billion, and has delivered over 12,500 units to date. The developer is known for its collaborations with Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz, and Jacob & Co., and continues to push architectural boundaries with internationally marketed launches.

With its latest Mumbai showcase, Binghatti renews its ambition to position Dubai as a global epicentre for design-driven, high-value real estate—and to expand its footprint across its largest investor corridors.
