BNW Developments has officially signed MAN Construction, a subsidiary of Masah Group, as the principal construction partner for Aqua Arc, its highly anticipated waterfront project set to redefine ultra-luxury living in Ras Al Khaimah.

The collaboration marks the beginning of what is expected to be a long-term alliance between two industry leaders. BNW is among the fastest-growing private developers in the region, with an active portfolio exceeding AED 22 billion, while MAN Construction, a Class A contractor, is recognized across the GCC for its turnkey capabilities and technical depth.

The signing ceremony brought together top leadership from both entities, signaling the strategic weight of the partnership. Representing Masah Group were Chairman Mohammed Nayeem, Vice Chairman Sheikh Mohammed Bin Sulaiman Alhabib, Althaf Kazi (CEO & Managing Partner, MAN Specialized Contracting, UAE), Mirza Naseem Beg (CEO & Managing Partner, Alpha Metals, Saudi Arabia & UAE), and Mohammed Misbah, Advisor to the Chairman. From BNW, Ankur Aggarwal (Chairman & Founder) and Vivek Anand Oberoi (Managing Director & Co-Founder) were present, each instrumental in sealing the agreement.

Masah Group, founded on principles of technical integrity and scalable delivery, has been behind some of the GCC’s most ambitious infrastructure projects — from Ajdan Rise to Sulaiman Al Habib Hospitals, Almoosa Specialist Hospitals, and award-winning marine and aviation facilities such as the Red Sea Global Terminal at Red Sea International Airport.

Central to the group’s legacy is Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib, a revered figure in the Middle East’s healthcare and infrastructure ecosystem. His legacy of excellence is being carried forward by his son, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Sulaiman Alhabib, who has been instrumental in bridging influential global partnerships.

Masah’s Chairman, Mohammed Abdul Nayeem, was recently ranked among the Top 25 in Construction Week Middle East’s Power 150 list, while MAN Construction continues to be recognized as a Tier 1 Contracting Company.

“Partnering with BNW Developments for Aqua Arc is a proud milestone for Masah. We see this as a symbol of a shared vision to create landmark communities that reflect global standards and regional character. Aqua Arc, with its distinct architecture and scale, is exactly the kind of challenge Masah was built for,” said Mohammed Abdul Nayeem, Chairman of Masah Holdings and MAN Constructions.

Located on the serene shores of Al Marjan Island, Aqua Arc is one of BNW’s most awaited developments — blending architectural finesse, functionality, and seaside luxury. With MAN now on board, BNW believes the project is poised to reach new levels of operational excellence.

“At BNW, we’ve always believed that design vision means little without executional brilliance. The appointment of Masah is a critical step in our mission to deliver not just residences, but reference points in global luxury living. Masah’s track record in constructing technically demanding projects, their commitment to timelines, and their engineering depth made them a natural fit. Aqua Arc is a signature BNW development, it demands nothing short of mastery, and with Masah, we’re confident that’s exactly what we’ll achieve,” said Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman & Founder of BNW Developments.

Vivek Anand Oberoi, Managing Director & Co-Founder of BNW Developments, added: “Masah isn’t just a contractor, they’re craftsmen of scale. What sets them apart is their consistency in delivering landmark projects that marry innovation with precision. Aqua Arc is an example of BNW’s unwavering intent to reshape Ras Al Khaimah’s skyline with substance and soul. For us, every partnership is about shared values. Masah’s professionalism, structural command, and transparent process align seamlessly with our own ethos of trust, ambition, and long-term value creation.”

This alliance — built on trust, vision, and delivery — signals a transformative leap for Ras Al Khaimah’s real estate sector and sets a high bar for ultra-premium waterfront developments across the region.
