BNW Developments has officially signed MAN Construction, a subsidiary of Masah Group, as the principal construction partner for Aqua Arc, its highly anticipated waterfront project set to redefine ultra-luxury living in Ras Al Khaimah.
The collaboration marks the beginning of what is expected to be a long-term alliance between two industry leaders. BNW is among the fastest-growing private developers in the region, with an active portfolio exceeding AED 22 billion, while MAN Construction, a Class A contractor, is recognized across the GCC for its turnkey capabilities and technical depth.
The signing ceremony brought together top leadership from both entities, signaling the strategic weight of the partnership. Representing Masah Group were Chairman Mohammed Nayeem, Vice Chairman Sheikh Mohammed Bin Sulaiman Alhabib, Althaf Kazi (CEO & Managing Partner, MAN Specialized Contracting, UAE), Mirza Naseem Beg (CEO & Managing Partner, Alpha Metals, Saudi Arabia & UAE), and Mohammed Misbah, Advisor to the Chairman.
