Dubai is already home to the world’s tallest skyscraper, the Burj Khalifa, which attracts crowds from across the globe. And now, the city is gearing up to build another architectural marvel named, The Burj Azizi. Standing at an impressive 725 meters with 132 stories, this project is set to become the world’s second-tallest skyscraper upon its completion in 2028.

A blog by Azizi Developments mentions it will feature luxurious apartments, penthouses, a 7-star hotel, a vertical shopping mall spread over many floors, F&B outlets, fine dining restaurants, and an observation deck to take in the stunning views of Dubai.

It also provided insights into how the building will be structured and what it will look like on the outside. “As for its outer appearance, Burj Azizi will have a glazed exterior consisting of multiple rectangular forms,” it read. Burj Azizi, worth 1.5 billion USD, is one of the most highly anticipated developments in the UAE designed to elevate Dubai’s already iconic skyline.

Apart from the huge luxury provisions, this tower will also offer a wide array of recreational facilities – Wellness centers, swimming pools, saunas, cinemas, gyms, mini markets, resident lounges, and a children’s play area. More so, a dedicated adrenaline zone will give visitors a thrilling experience, with activities designed to make them feel as though they’re “living in the clouds.”
