Citi has officially launched a suite of advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools across its operations in the UAE and the broader Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, reinforcing the bank’s commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and digital transformation.

The introduction of these cutting-edge technologies is expected to significantly improve internal productivity and redefine client engagement by equipping teams with smarter, more efficient tools.

The MEA region plays a prominent role in this rollout, with more than 20 jurisdictions across the region already equipped with the AI suite.
