The National Health Insurance Company – Daman, a subsidiary of the PureHealth Group, the largest healthcare group in the Middle East, has received three prestigious honours at the third edition of the Nafis Programme for 2024–2025.
The recognition highlights Daman’s continued commitment to advancing Emiratisation and empowering national talent within the insurance sector.
Daman secured first place in the “Efforts Supporting Emiratisation” category for the insurance sector, acknowledging its exceptional initiatives to increase Emirati participation and expand employment opportunities for UAE nationals across various departments and specialised roles.
The company also earned the Diamond Category award, celebrating its success in nurturing national talent, enhancing skills, and developing leadership capabilities—further cementing its reputation as a leading supporter of Emirati employment in the private sector.
In the individual category, Esraa Alsaadi, one of Daman’s outstanding employees, achieved first place in the insurance sector category for her dedication, performance excellence, and contributions to advancing Emiratisation and organisational growth.
