Deloitte has also solidified its collaboration with ServiceNow in Kuwait, as both companies work to accelerate digital change and empower technology-driven growth across the Middle East.

The move will involve Deloitte introducing the digital workflow and AI-driven platform of ServiceNow to Kuwait clients with a range of integrated transformation programmes reflecting the requirements of the organisations of the public and the private sectors.

As part of the increased partnership, an integrated set of capabilities based on the ServiceNow AI Platform will be provided by Deloitte. This involves end-to-end advisory, design, implementation, and managed services in the IT, employee, customer, and industry processes.

The alliance will also enhance sector-specific modernisation programs across government, financial services, energy, and national infrastructure. Kuwait-based teams will spearhead the delivery process, which will be backed by the regional network of Deloitte and the global expertise of ServiceNow.

Clients will also have access to the innovations of ServiceNow, such as AI-based workflow automation and industry-specific solutions.

Tamer Charife, Deloitte Middle East technology and transformation growth leader, said, “Kuwait is entering a new phase of digital acceleration, and organizations need partners with proven expertise to deliver impact at scale. Expanding our partnership with ServiceNow strengthens our ability to help clients modernize operations, enhance services, and build institutions that are ready for the future.”

William O’Neil, area vice president, GCC, ServiceNow, added, “We are pleased to extend our partnership with Deloitte into Kuwait and are excited to see how Deloitte helps organizations drive efficiency, unlock productivity, and harness the power of AI-enabled workflows with ServiceNow.”

Rashid Bashir, partner, Technology & Transformation Leader, Deloitte Middle East, stated, “This expansion reflects our commitment to supporting Kuwait’s ongoing modernization journey. By combining Deloitte’s advisory strength with the ServiceNow AI Platform, we look forward to helping organizations elevate service delivery, accelerate economic development, and improve citizen and customer experiences.”

The growth will be another step in the DeloitteServiceNow ecosystem in the region. Through a mix of local knowledge and global best practices, the alliance will assist organisations to entrench new digital operating models, increase service resilience, generate productivity by automating workflows, and develop scalable digital underpinnings to support long-term growth.

Deloitte Middle East added that it will not cease investing in talent development and industry-specific innovation to work in line with the digital transformation agenda in Kuwait.
