The final week of Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) 2025 brings the city’s month-long celebration of movement to a triumphant close, with the debut of Dubai Yoga – a landmark new flagship event at Zabeel Park – alongside the return of the Emirates Airline Dubai Rugby 7s, one of the region’s most celebrated sporting festivals.

Flagship Event: Dubai Yoga 2025 (30 November, Zabeel Park)
The first-ever Dubai Yoga will bring the city together for an afternoon of wellness, mindfulness, and connection at Zabeel Park. Taking place on the final day of the Challenge, this landmark new flagship event celebrates balance in body and mind – the ideal finale to 30 days of movement and motivation.
From mid-afternoon until sunset, Zabeel Park will transform into an open-air sanctuary offering free yoga and interactive wellness sessions led by top instructors. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or trying yoga for the first time, this inclusive experience offers something for everyone, designed to strengthen the body, calm the mind, and bring people together in the true spirit of the 30×30 challenge.
Fitness Villages: Movement for Everyone
The three free 30×30 Fitness Villages continue to offer hundreds of daily activities:
DP World 30×30 Fitness Village Kite Beach – Dubai’s flagship fitness destination features more than 25 activity zones, including Functional Fitness, Box’d, MMA, Lift, Ride, Row, HIIT, OCR, and Beach Warrior, alongside open play across padel, volleyball, cricket, football, and basketball courts. New for this year are the Functional Fitness Zone and Skate Park.
Dubai Municipality 30×30 Fitness Village Zabeel Park – Centrally located at Gate 2, this vibrant Village serves as a key gathering point for running and cycling enthusiasts, featuring the Spin Zone, Kids Fitness Zone, Boxing Zone, and bookable padel courts. The Village also hosts daily yoga and mindfulness sessions in the lead-up to Dubai Yoga.
Dubai Municipality 30×30 Fitness Village Al Warqa’a Park – Set amid lush parkland, this Village blends fitness with family time and outdoor wellbeing. Features include a 2.8km running and cycling track, outdoor gym, ladies-only and kids’ fitness zones, and bookable courts for padel, volleyball, basketball, and football.
Fitness Hubs: Every Neighbourhood Moves
30 Community Fitness Hubs bring free daily workouts directly to residents. Final week highlights include:
AES SB Skate Park 30×30 Fitness Hub – One-hour skateboarding sessions for all skill levels at Dubai Investment Park, with decks and safety gear available to rent. Morning and afternoon sessions throughout November provide a fun way to get active and develop new skills.
Mercedes-Benz Brand Center 30×30 Fitness Hub – Daily fitness activities at Dubai Design District including rooftop yoga and Pilates, community runs by the Creek, meditation, table tennis, and weekend family sports (tennis, basketball, badminton, pickleball). Features wellness talks and 30% off the fitness menu at AMG Kaffeehaus.
Dubai Police 30×30 Fitness Hub – Group workouts and cycling sessions focused on teamwork, safety, and community spirit, operating from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily at the Dubai Police Officers Club. Sports and entertainment events bring the community together in celebration of fitness and wellbeing.
The Hatta Wadi 30×30 Fitness Hub – Dubai’s mountain enclave hosts adventure-based fitness including hiking, mountain-biking, yoga, and trail runs, alongside signature challenges such as Spartan, Tough Mudder, EBAR, and UAE MTB Challenge, providing a thrilling way to complete final days of the Challenge in nature.
Tilal Al Ghaf 30×30 Fitness Hub – The Movement Hub at Tilal Al Ghaf Lagoon Park features daily workout sessions, pop-ups, wellness sessions, and weekend mega events every Friday and Saturday. The hub welcomes beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts alike in a serene lagoon setting.
The Sevens Stadium 30×30 Fitness Hub – Alongside the Emirates Airline Dubai Rugby 7s, The Sevens Stadium Hub features daily warm-ups, youth clinics, and high-intensity workouts run by international trainers, combining elite sport and community fitness under one roof.
International Sporting Highlights
Emirates Airline Dubai Rugby 7s (28-30 November, The Sevens Stadium) –The Emirates Airline Dubai Rugby 7s returns as one of the Middle East’s biggest sporting and social festivals, combining world-class rugby with live music and family entertainment. The weekend will host elite international rugby sevens men’s and women’s teams alongside community tournaments and mass-participation fitness zones.
The 5,000 athletes from around the world attending also include netball, cricket, and fitness competitors at the world-class ovals of The Sevens Stadium, while headline rugby takes place throughout the weekend. The 2025 entertainment line-up features British rap sensation Tinie Tempah, global icons Sean Paul and Shaggy performing on the Saturday, while UK garage legend DJ EZ and Australian music producer Fisher will perform on the Sunday night.
Dubai Basketball– Dubai Basketball v Paris Basketball (25 November, Coca-Cola Arena) – Basketball fans can catch elite-level action as leading international club teams compete at the Coca-Cola Arena against Dubai Basketball, showcasing the city’s growing position as a global destination for the sport. The event features interactive fan experiences, meet-and-greets, and youth clinics aimed at inspiring the next generation of players.
Red Bull Half Court World Final Basketball 2025 (29 November, Jumeirah Emirates Towers) – Winning teams from national tournaments across the globe will converge to battle for the World title in one of the most dynamic and competitive formats of the game – 3-on-3 basketball. The event blends culture, community, and the energy of street sport.

SKECHERS UAE National Day Run (30 November, Meydan Racecourse) – Runners will mark the UAE National Day with a special themed edition of the Skechers Run, featuring 3km, 5km, and 10km categories suitable for all ages. Participants are encouraged to wear UAE colours and celebrate the spirit of unity and wellbeing that defines DFC.

Emirates Villages Run Series: Race 6 (29 November, Al Lisaili Neighbourhood Park) – Set in the iconic Al Lisaili area, Race 6 of the Emirates Villages Run Series offers a unique blend of village roads and desert terrain. Runners will start in the heart of the Al Lisaili neighbourhood before heading into the sand for an unforgettable off-road stretch that captures the spirit of the UAE’s sporting traditions.
