Ticket Information & Venue Guidelines: To ensure a smooth experience, Disney On Ice has shared the following details:
Tickets: Children aged 2 and above require a ticket; children under 2 may attend for free if seated on a parent or guardian’s lap.
Accompaniment: Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.
Doors: Open one hour before showtime; no readmission allowed.
Prohibited Items: Professional cameras, audio/video recording devices, large bags (over 30x30x15cm), strollers, and external food and beverages. These must be left at the designated areas.
E-Tickets: Will be sent 5 days prior to the event.
