Dubai Chamber Registers Nearly 13,900 Indian Companies In First Nine Months Of 2025

Indian-owned businesses continued to lead new non-UAE company registrations with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce during the first nine months of 2025, reflecting Dubai’s sustained appeal among Indian investors and entrepreneurs, according to a new analysis released by the chamber.

The Dubai Chamber of Commerce, one of the three chambers under Dubai Chambers, reported that 13,851 new Indian companies were established between January and September 2025, marking a year-on-year growth of 13.9 percent. The figures underscore Dubai’s strategic position as a preferred international business hub for Indian enterprises.

Pakistan, Egypt, and Bangladesh Follow

Pakistan ranked second among new foreign company registrations, with 6,850 new businesses joining the chamber during the period, representing 13.1 percent growth compared to the same timeframe in 2024.

Egypt secured third place, with 3,754 new Egyptian companies registering, reflecting a 4.4 percent year-on-year increase.

Bangladesh recorded the highest growth rate among the top nationalities, with registrations rising 31.1 percent. A total of 2,190 Bangladeshi companies joined the chamber, placing Bangladesh fourth. The United Kingdom ranked fifth with 2,071 new companies, reflecting 9.5 percent growth.

Broad International Participation

Syria ranked sixth with 1,403 new companies, while China placed seventh with 1,143 new registrations, recording 2.6 percent growth. Jordan ranked eighth with 976 new companies, while Türkiye ranked ninth with 968 registrations, reflecting 2.5 percent growth. The United States ranked tenth, with 788 new companies joining over the nine months.

Sectoral Breakdown Highlights Trade and Real Estate

By sector, Wholesale and Retail Trade ranked first, accounting for 35.9 percent of new member activity during the period. The Real Estate, Renting and Business Services sector followed closely, representing 34.7 percent.

The Construction sector ranked third, accounting for 17.2 percent of new registrations. The Social and Personal Services sector followed this at 7.7 percent, while Transport, Storage and Communications ranked fifth with 7.6 percent of new member activity.
