Dubai is gearing up for one of its most spectacular sporting weekends yet — the Dubai T100 Triathlon, back in full force from November 13–16, 2025 as part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge.

This year’s course reveals a fresh, scenic route that puts Dubai’s most iconic landmarks front and center. Athletes will begin at Jumeirah 3 Beach – Sunset (Sunset Beach), cycle past the legendary Meydan Racecourse, and then race toward a finish line framed by the Burj Khalifa — a dramatic backdrop worthy of the effort.
What You Can Expect

Multi-format racing for all levels

Dubai T100 isn’t just for elite athletes — it’s built to be inclusive. Over the four-day weekend, participants can choose from:

A Duathlon Relay (5 km run, 22 km bike, 5 km run) — team event for 2 or 3 members

Sprint Triathlon (750 m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run) — great entry point for newcomers

The full T100 Triathlon (100 km) — featuring a 2 km swim, 80 km bike, and 18 km run

Festival atmosphere + more than just a race

It’s not all about crossing the line. The Dubai T100 weekend promises a vibrant atmosphere, complete with live music, food stalls, partner activations, and community events. A highlight for many: The Music Run — a 5 km fun run with music, accessible to all fitness levels.

Closed roads, optimal conditions & logistics

The shorts & roads will be closed for safe competition, giving athletes freedom to race without traffic interference.

Expect water temperatures around 28–29 °C and air temperatures between 25–31 °C — early starts will be key.

High demand for slots — entries are selling fast, so registration is encouraged early.

Why It Matters

Dubai T100 isn’t just a race — it’s a statement. It aligns with Dubai’s vision of promoting active lifestyles, community engagement, and promoting the city as a global sporting hub. The event helps bridge elite sport with grassroots participation, making athleticism more inclusive.
For spectators, it’s an opportunity to cheer, connect, and soak in the energy of movement against Dubai’s stunning skyline. Whether you’re following every split time or just want to be part of the city’s fitness story — it’s a weekend to mark on your calendar.
