Dubai International Chamber, operating under Dubai Chambers, announced remarkable achievements for the first half of 2025, reinforcing the emirate’s position as a global investment hub.

The chamber successfully attracted 143 international companies to Dubai during H1 2025 — a 138% increase compared to 60 companies in H1 2024. This includes 31 multinational corporations (MNCs), up from 13 in the same period last year, and 112 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), also reflecting 138% year-on-year growth.

Strengthening Dubai’s Global Investment Appeal

Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Chairman of Dubai International Chamber, said:
“We are making strong and steady progress in consolidating Dubai’s position as the global destination of choice for foreign direct investment and a launchpad for companies targeting international growth.”

He highlighted Dubai’s world-class infrastructure, pro-business regulatory framework, and strategic location as key drivers of this momentum.

Expanding Global Network

The Chamber advanced the Dubai Global initiative, which aims to establish 50 international representative offices by 2030. In H1 2025 alone, five new offices were opened in Dhaka, Cape Town, Bengaluru, Bangkok, and Toronto, expanding the Chamber’s footprint across priority markets.

During the same period, the representative offices organised 247 business roundtables to promote Dubai as a hub for global trade and investment, facilitating connections between Dubai-based firms and international partners.

Driving Two-Way Growth

The Chamber’s growing global presence continues to support Dubai’s mission of positioning itself as an international business hub. Its offices not only attract foreign direct investment but also help Dubai-based companies expand into 30 priority markets.

By delivering market intelligence, networking platforms, and tailored support, the Chamber strengthens bilateral trade flows while showcasing Dubai’s competitive edge as a destination for business growth and innovation.
