Dubai Investment Real Estate (DIR), a subsidiary of Dubai Investments, has announced that its flagship waterfront development, Danah Bay on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, has won “Best Mixed-Use Development” at the Arabian Property Awards 2025–2026.

The recognition highlights Danah Bay’s integrated master plan, which combines residential, hospitality, and leisure facilities. The project includes 189 villas, ranging from two- to five-bedroom homes, as well as exclusive breakwater villas with sea views. Two towers will house premium apartments in one and a 300-key resort hotel in the other.

“Winning this award reflects Dubai Investment Real Estate’s commitment to shaping landmark destinations that set new benchmarks in design, sustainability, and lifestyle experiences,” said Obaid Al Salami, General Manager of DIR. He added that the development enhances Ras Al Khaimah’s appeal as a hub for residents, investors, and visitors.

The Arabian Property Awards, part of the International Property Awards, recognize excellence across real estate and hospitality. Danah Bay was commended for its innovative design, quality, and contribution to raising standards in mixed-use communities.

Designed with pedestrian-friendly layouts, landscaped open spaces, private beaches, wellness facilities, retail outlets, and dining venues, Danah Bay seeks to offer a complete lifestyle experience. The project also emphasizes sustainable practices, reinforcing DIR’s broader vision of delivering developments that balance luxury, community living, and environmental responsibility.

Industry observers note that the award not only cements Danah Bay’s status as a landmark coastal destination but also reflects Ras Al Khaimah’s growing prominence as an investment and tourism hub in the UAE.
