The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) at Dubai South recorded 9,753 private jet movements in the first half of 2025, marking a 15 percent increase compared to the same period in 2024. The growth reinforces Al Maktoum International Airport’s status as the leading hub for international business aviation in the Middle East.
“The consistent rise in business aviation movements reflects the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, to establish the emirate as a global hub for investors, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals,” said Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South.
He added, “At MBRAH, we remain committed to delivering world-class infrastructure and services that strengthen our position as a vital gateway for international business aviation.”
Industry analysts note that Dubai’s growing business aviation sector is benefiting from increased global mobility among high-net-worth individuals and corporate executives, as well as from the emirate’s strategic position as a regional financial and trade hub. The rise in private jet movements underscores Dubai South’s role in facilitating business travel, investment, and international connectivity.
