Dubai South Properties has officially launched Hayat, a new wellness-inspired master-planned residential community covering 10 million square feet in the Golf District of Dubai South, near Al Maktoum International Airport.
The development is designed to provide a balanced and healthy lifestyle for families and professionals, featuring a wide range of residential units, including townhouses, villas, mansions, apartments, and hotel apartments, with sizes ranging from one to five bedrooms. According to the developer, Hayat’s architectural style is rooted in minimalism, offering spacious, private, and flexible living environments that cater to the evolving needs of modern households.
Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, said the launch reflects the company’s long-term vision to create communities that enhance quality of life.
“Hayat is one of our largest master-planned projects to date. It reflects our commitment to wellness-inspired design and lifestyle integration,” Al Kindi said. “With growing demand for homes in Dubai South, we will continue to introduce developments that align with residents’ expectations and investor interests.”
Hayat will include 2,500 residential units and offer a variety of community features, including:
- Lush parks and shaded walking trails
- Family play areas and community swimming pools
- Fitness and wellness centers
- Landscaped green spaces
- A retail boulevard with cafés, shops, and essential services
The development is also designed for ease of connectivity, with close access to major roads such as Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road, as well as economic hubs including Jebel Ali Free Zone and Dubai South Free Zone.
A key selling point is the flexible 5-year payment plan, which begins with a 5% down payment and allows for quarterly instalments, positioning Hayat as a high-value investment opportunity. The first phase of construction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2028.
Dubai South has witnessed rising demand as it continues to evolve into a thriving urban destination. The launch of Hayat is part of the broader strategy to position the district as a lifestyle and logistics hub, closely aligned with Dubai’s long-term urban development and economic diversification goals.
