The 10th International Congress of Medical Excellence in Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine (MEIDAM 2025) is set to take place from September 25 to 27 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, attracting over 90 nationalities and solidifying Dubai’s reputation as a leading global hub for specialised medical conferences.
Organised by DXB LIVE, the integrated event management arm of Dubai World Trade Centre, in partnership with the MEIDAM Association, this milestone edition will highlight disruptive technologies transforming the dermatology and aesthetic medicine landscape — with a particular focus on artificial intelligence (AI).
“Reaching the 10-year milestone is a proud moment for MEIDAM and a reflection of how the congress has evolved over the past decade,” said Dr. Khaled Al Nuaimi, President of MEIDAM Congress and the MEIDAM Association. “Dubai’s position as a world-class host city has allowed MEIDAM to flourish, bringing together leading minds to discuss how innovation, particularly AI, is shaping the future of our field.”
AI, Regenerative Medicine, and Global Collaboration at Forefront
The 2025 edition will present MEIDAM’s largest-ever scientific programme, featuring over 90 sessions and 300+ lectures. Attendees will gain access to the latest in:
- AI-driven diagnostics
- Personalised treatment strategies
- Regenerative medicine breakthroughs
- Advanced aesthetic technologies
Confirmed participants include global heavyweights such as the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), International League of Dermatological Societies (ILDS), European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV), Royal College of Physicians (RCP) UK, WHO, and UNHCR, reinforcing MEIDAM’s stature as a truly international platform.
“Hosting a medical congress of this scale reaffirms Dubai’s status as the region’s premier destination for international events,” said Khalid Al Hammadi, Senior Vice President of DXB LIVE. “It also supports the advancement of healthcare and promotes cross-border knowledge exchange.”
Industry Exhibition To Showcase Future-Facing Solutions
Alongside its academic programme, MEIDAM 2025 will feature an expansive industry exhibition, bringing together leading pharmaceutical, biomedical, and technology firms to display the latest innovations shaping the future of dermatological and aesthetic care.
The exhibition is expected to serve as a key commercial and networking platform for medical suppliers, startups, and service providers, further aligning Dubai’s MICE sector with healthcare innovation and investment.
Dubai Continues to Lead in Medical Events and Innovation
“As MEIDAM enters its second decade, we are focused on expanding the congress’ global reach and influence,” said Dr. Saad Al Sogair, Secretary-General and Head of the Executive Committee. “Dubai has proven itself as a key international hub for medical knowledge and innovation.”
The event aligns with the UAE’s broader health innovation and economic diversification strategies, while positioning Dubai as a central node for medical education, regulatory engagement, and healthcare business development.
