The Dubai Land Department (DLD) will host PropTech Connect Middle East 2026, marking the first regional edition of the global real estate technology event. The conference will take place from 4 to 5 February 2026 at the Grand Hyatt Dubai.
Hosting the event supports the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which places digital transformation and innovation at the heart of efforts to double Dubai’s economy, boost global competitiveness, attract quality investments, and reinforce the emirate’s status as a global hub for business and the digital economy.
The event also aligns with the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, led by DLD, which focuses on enabling technology adoption in the property sector, enhancing data centralisation, improving efficiency and transparency, and delivering an integrated customer experience. These initiatives aim to double the sector’s added value and significantly increase real estate transaction volumes over the next decade.
Through this initiative, DLD continues to play a central role in linking the local real estate market with cutting-edge global solutions in artificial intelligence, data analytics, and digital technologies, strengthening sector readiness for future demands and reinforcing Dubai’s leadership in innovation-driven real estate.
PropTech Connect Middle East 2026 is expected to attract more than 3,000 participants worldwide and over 1,500 companies from across the real estate ecosystem, including owners, developers, operators, occupiers, brokers, proptech firms, AI solution providers, and venture capital investors. The event will facilitate thousands of one-to-one meetings through its interactive platforms, bringing together a diverse range of stakeholders.
The conference represents a major milestone in the region’s real estate transformation. Hosting the event in Dubai, alongside its exhibition and related activities, aligns with the emirate’s strategic vision to lead digital transformation, adopt innovative solutions, and build a technologically advanced, sustainable real estate ecosystem.
PropTech Connect is recognised as the world’s fastest-growing real estate technology conference, featuring more than 200 global speakers from leading real estate, investment, and technology organisations across Europe, the United States, Asia, and the Middle East. The programme will highlight global best practices, insights, and future trends shaping the digital evolution of the real estate sector.
The event will include more than 60 panel discussions across five main platforms, covering residential, hospitality, commercial, industrial, real estate development, and asset management sectors. It will also feature 50 global case studies and 25 workshops and closed-door meetings showcasing innovations in artificial intelligence, blockchain, data analytics, and other technologies designed to improve operational efficiency.
In addition, extensive networking opportunities will be offered through two exhibition zones and dedicated one-to-one meeting spaces, supported by the PropTech Connect application to ensure targeted and effective engagement among participants.
Dubai was selected to host the Middle East edition following extensive engagement with the Dubai Land Department, positioning the city as the first global destination in PropTech Connect’s international expansion plan, which includes major events across Europe, the Middle East, the United States, and Asia.
Dubai’s hosting of the conference highlights the Dubai Land Department’s leading role in advancing technological transformation in the local real estate sector, fostering an innovation-driven ecosystem, improving service efficiency, and enhancing the quality and reliability of market data. These efforts support the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033 and the emirate’s broader goals of transparency and future readiness.
DLD said that hosting the international event reflects its commitment to strengthening the competitiveness of Dubai’s real estate sector by attracting leading proptech companies and global investors, building strong international partnerships, and creating high-impact collaboration opportunities, further cementing Dubai’s position as a global platform for shaping the future of technology-powered real estate.
