With just days to go until Dubai Yoga, now is the time to secure your spot for what promises to be an unforgettable mass sunset yoga session bringing the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) to a mindful close.
Taking place this Sunday, 30 November, the inaugural flagship event will transform Zabeel Park into a sanctuary of movement and mindfulness, inviting participants of all ages and abilities to unite for a peaceful yet energising celebration of wellness as the sun sets over the Dubai skyline.
As the finale of DFC 2025, Dubai Yoga marks a powerful collective moment of balance, breath and belonging, perfectly reflecting the UAE’s “Year of Community” and highlighting how fitness in Dubai goes beyond individual practice and fosters connections across the city.
The experience features an afternoon of interactive wellness activities beginning when gates open at 2:30pm, culminating in the main sunset yoga session led by internationally renowned instructors Dylan Werner, Sarah Medina, and Yash Moradiya, with support from Jamila Al Ansari and a team of over 40 local yoga instructors.
The Family Zone will feature Carla Julian leading a fun yoga session supported by Praanvi Gupta, recognised as the world’s youngest yoga instructor and a student at GEMS Wellington International School.
Entertainment throughout the event includes dedicated kids’ activities in the Family Zone such as magicians, face painting, and bubble artists, plus roaming entertainment featuring stilt walkers, jugglers, street artists, and special appearances by Modesh and Dana.
Participants can select from dedicated zones during registration including General, Ladies Only, and Families (with children under 16), ensuring an inclusive and comfortable experience for everyone. People of Determination are warmly welcomed with accessible zones and support from experienced instructors.
Registration is required for this free event at dubaiyoga.ae, with participants receiving their Dubai Yoga entry confirmation by email, containing a unique QR code for entry. Upon arrival at the venue, participants will receive wristbands corresponding to their selected zone. Yoga mats will be provided at the event, subject to availability.
Following the yoga session, participants are encouraged to make a final visit to Dubai Municipality 30×30 Fitness Village Zabeel Park (5:30pm – 11pm) and experience the spinning zone, boxing sessions, kids’ activities, and bookable sports courts one last time before the Challenge concludes for 2025.
Dubai Yoga is organised by Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) and Dubai Sports Council; with Media Partner Arabian Radio Network (ARN); and Government Partners Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services, KHDA, Dubai Police, Ministry of Education, the Event Security Committee, and Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
