e& And Digicel Partner RTo Boost Voice Services In U.S., Fight Telecom Fraud

e& and Digicel Group have entered a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing Digicel’s international voice services across 24 markets in the Americas. The collaboration positions e& as Digicel’s primary partner for inbound and outbound international traffic, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and service quality.

In response to the rising threat of telecom fraud, both companies are deploying advanced, AI-powered fraud detection and prevention technologies. This initiative will allow real-time monitoring, proactive threat mitigation, and stronger security protocols—safeguarding customers, telecom operators, and the wider industry ecosystem.

The partnership sets a new standard in managing international voice traffic and strengthening fraud defenses. It also supports Digicel’s evolving wholesale strategy, which is adapting to emerging trends such as Over-the-Top (OTT) services and Voice over LTE (VoLTE). By streamlining infrastructure and optimizing costs, Digicel aims to enhance its market competitiveness.
