EDGE, one of the world’s foremost advanced technology and defence groups, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Exchange Income Corporation (EIC), strengthening collaboration between the two organisations in aerospace, defence, and advanced technologies.
The partnership brings together EIC and its subsidiary, PAL Aerospace, known for their expertise in manned special mission aircraft and mission management system development, with EDGE’s leading capabilities in unmanned aerial vehicle innovation and artificial intelligence. These combined strengths support Canada’s shifting defence priorities and reinforce EDGE’s commitment to advancing sovereign defence capabilities.
The initiative also boosts cooperation between the UAE and Canada, while contributing to the development of special mission platforms operated by Contractor Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) solution providers.
