The company’s total revenue rose to AED1.45 billion, up 7.5% from AED1.35 billion during the same period last year, signalling sustained growth amid robust demand for energy-efficient cooling solutions in Dubai’s expanding real estate and infrastructure sectors.

Empower’s EBITDA reached AED719 million, marking a 3.6% increase year-on-year, while its pre-tax net profit stood at AED442 million, registering a 3.3% growth from H1 2024.

Commenting on the results, Ahmad bin Shafar, CEO of Empower, said:

Our sustained success is driven by the forward-looking strategy, operational excellence, and the ability to extract long-term value from the continued momentum in the real estate sector.”

Empower’s H1 2025 results underline the growing demand for sustainable cooling solutions amid Dubai’s ongoing commercial and residential developments. The company’s performance aligns with the UAE’s broader climate goals, particularly around reducing carbon emissions and promoting energy efficiency in urban infrastructure.

With ongoing investments in technology and expansion projects, Empower remains well-positioned to capitalise on the increasing emphasis on green buildings and sustainable urban planning across the region.
