The Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy has announced five transformative additions to the 10th edition of Expand North Star 2025, the world’s largest startup and investor gathering, set to take place from 12–15 October 2025 at Dubai Harbour.

Organised by the Dubai World Trade Centre, the event will introduce:
- ScaleX – a growth programme for 100 of the world’s fastest-growing tech scaleups
- Consumer Tech Zone – a showcase for next-gen AR/VR, smart health, and lifestyle tech
- North Star Green Impact – a sustainability-focused zone for climate-tech startups
- Deeptech MEA Summit – a platform for AI, robotics, and quantum innovation
- Digital Assets Forum – a forum exploring the future of finance, from CBDCs to tokenised assets
These features aim to deepen the event’s impact on the global tech ecosystem, offering unmatched access to funding, partnerships, and market expansion opportunities.
ScaleX will provide a curated market access journey for high-growth companies, blending remote preparation with in-person exposure to investors and government stakeholders. The Consumer Tech Zone will spotlight demo-ready startups backed by accelerators and innovation hubs, while North Star Green Impact will connect climate innovators with impact investors amid a surge in MENA green-tech funding.
The Deeptech MEA Summit will convene researchers, entrepreneurs, and policymakers to accelerate the adoption of frontier technologies, and the Digital Assets Forum will tackle the transformation of financial infrastructure through blockchain, AI, and digital currencies.
Returning features include the Supernova Challenge 2.0 with a $200,000 prize pool, the Corporate Arena, Tech Transfer Innovation Forum, Marketing Mania, and youth-focused platforms like YouthX Unipreneur and Emaratipreneur.
