BNW Developments officially unveiled FashionTV Acacia, a luxury residential project on Al Marjan Island, in partnership with the global lifestyle brand FashionTV.

The event gathered top-tier investors, dignitaries, industry leaders, and international partners, and was hosted by Ania J, famously known as the “Voice of FashionTV.”

Rising from the shores of Al Marjan Island, the project features striking sea-facing architecture, panoramic views, and a design language centered on modern, immersive living.

The development offers a selection of 1 to 4-bedroom residences and penthouses, complete with exclusive amenities including private lounges, wellness sanctuaries, landscaped social pods, and infinity sea decks.

Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman and Founder of BNW Developments, said the project represents more than real estate.

“In an age where consumers are no longer just investing in space but in identity and experiential value, FashionTV Acacia presents a distinctive proposition. This is a carefully designed confluence of global culture, regional ambition, and the language of lifestyle,” he said. “

Al Marjan Island, and Ras Al Khaimah as a whole, are no longer peripheral players. With strategic infrastructure investments, global hospitality interest, and visionary governance, this region is fast becoming a nucleus for new-world urbanism. FashionTV Acacia is designed to match this energy, a future-forward offering built within a destination that itself represents the future.”

Vivek Anand Oberoi, Managing Director and Co-Founder of BNW Developments, emphasized the cultural depth of the venture.

“FashionTV Acacia was never about aesthetic indulgence alone. It’s about capturing a cultural pulse, the global shift toward curated spaces that reflect individual identity,” he said.

“With this collaboration, we’ve translated the ethos of FashionTV…  its editorial sharpness, its contemporary rhythm into an architectural experience.”

Maximilian Dennis Edelweiss, CEO of IP-Nation and representative of FashionTV, called the collaboration a natural alignment.

“To collaborate with BNW was to find a partner who understood that real estate today is about crafting meaningful experiences,” he said. “Together, through FashionTV Acacia, we’ve imagined a space that blurs the line between fashion and function, turning lifestyle into a livable legacy.”
