FIX Dessert Chocolatier has entered into an exclusive partnership with Careem that will make the super-app the only platform where customers can purchase “The Original Dubai Chocolate” starting 20 October 2025.
The agreement will enable the delivery of FIX’s full range of artisan chocolate bars within 20 minutes across Dubai and Abu Dhabi through Careem’s Quik grocery service. The partnership brings together two homegrown UAE brands, combining FIX’s creative dessert offerings with Careem’s extensive delivery network.
Yezen Alani, Co-Founder of FIX Dessert Chocolatier, emphasized the strategic importance of selecting the right local partner for the brand’s growth, while Bassel Alnahlaoui, Chief Business Officer at Careem, noted that the collaboration aligns with their mission to provide seamless access to popular local products through a single platform.
FIX will offer its complete assortment of nine signature dessert bars on the Careem app, including popular flavors such as “Can’t Get Knafeh Of It,” “Mind Your Own Biscuit,” and “Baklawa II The Future.” The chocolatier maintains no physical retail stores beyond its Dubai Airport Terminal 3 pop-up, making Careem the exclusive digital sales channel for its products.
Delivery will be available through limited daily drops at 2 PM and 5 PM, with individual bars starting at AED 68.25. Careem Plus subscribers will receive free delivery, enhancing accessibility to the premium chocolate range.
The partnership represents a significant expansion of FIX’s customer reach while strengthening Careem’s position as a comprehensive lifestyle platform offering everything from transportation and food to premium grocery items.
