Good news for UAE visitors and residents – the Global Village Dubai will be open for another week, until the night of Sunday, 18 May 2025. The park, which was supposed to close by Sunday, May 11, has extended the same, marking another week of fun and frolic.
As a part of its closing week, the park has rolled out exclusive offers including the ‘Kids Go Free’ offer, allowing children under 12 to enter the park free of charge, as well as the ‘Carnaval® offer’, providing a selection of unlimited rides in the Carnaval® area for AED50, and the ‘Golden Bar Challenge’, where participants have the chance to win AED2,900 in cash by lifting a golden bar from a box — part of a total prize pool of AED87,000.
For shopping enthusiasts, all the pavilions have deals, slashing prices for just seven more days across more than 3,500 shopping outlets. The food options are also available to explore. Lastly, to mark the end of the season, fireworks displays will light up the sky on coming Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Global Village will continue to operate and remain open through extended dates from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
Several residents took to social media to share videos of fireworks and celebrations as the season announced its extension. Tareekh told us, “Last week is the best time to visit as the deals are unmissable. For the ones looking to explore the food areas, it’s jam-packed, but for shopping, it’s the best time as they sometimes give you a good deal. They know they’re closing it, so it is the best way to grab a deal.”
