HRE Development has launched Sakura Gardens, a new low-rise residential project in Falcon City of Wonders, Dubailand. The announcement was made during a launch event held at Emirates Golf Club.
Sakura Gardens is inspired by the Japanese Sakura, or cherry blossom, and is positioned as a community built around peace, connection, and natural surroundings. According to the developer, the project aims to offer a calm residential environment set within landscaped green spaces, courtyards, and community areas.
“Sakura Gardens rewards balance while providing an investment opportunity in Dubai’s new lifestyle belt,” said Wissam Breidy, CEO of HRE Development. “Here, peace does not mean isolation; it means being close to the city while nurturing a connection to oneself.”

HRE Development said the project enters the market at a time when residents are increasingly seeking homes outside of crowded high-rise districts. The community targets families and professionals looking for larger living spaces, green environments, and lower-density neighborhoods. The company noted that the project expects to offer competitive rental returns and potential long-term capital appreciation as local infrastructure and amenities expand.
“At the heart of every great place are the people who bring it to life,” said Dr. Hassan Hijazi, VP of HRE Development. “Sakura Gardens is a reflection of thoughtful planning and genuine connection, designed to create a community that truly feels like home.”
Planned across 49,000 sqm of land with 127,500 sqm of built-up living space, Sakura Gardens will feature contemporary architecture and a car-free central park. The community will include studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments, and townhomes.
The development is centered around six lifestyle pillars: Wellness Sanctuary, Fitness & Active Living, Social & Creative Spaces, Resort & Leisure Experiences, Nature & Outdoor Escapes, and Smart & Sustainable Comfort.
