Starting on February 13, 2025, Indian nationals holding ordinary passports, along with valid visas, residence permits, or Green Cards from Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, will be eligible for a visa-on-arrival at all UAE entry points.
This new policy expands the existing programme, which previously included the United States, European Union, and the United Kingdom.
The move, announced by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, Ports, and Security, emphasizes the strengthening of ties between the UAE and India. The initiative is designed to enhance tourism, attract skilled workers, top talent, and entrepreneurs, and further reinforce the UAE’s position as a global hub.
Applicants must ensure their passport is valid for at least six months and must pay the necessary fees, in accordance with the established regulations.
