Mashriq Elite Real Estate Developments announced on December 25 that the commencement of its first residential project in the Dubai Islands, Floarea Breeze, formally announced the groundbreaking of its waterfront development that will have 48 residential apartments and 4 townhouses.

Floarea Breeze, the G+P+6+R residential project on a plot area of 26,975 sq. ft, will have 12 one-, 24 two, and 12 three-bedroom apartments.
The four townhouses will be in four types of the range, such as the first is in the 1,847 to 1,895 sq ft range, the one-bedrooms are in the 878 to 1,049 sq ft range, the two bedrooms with study and maid room in the 1,316 to 1,711 sq ft range, and the three bedrooms in the 1,474 to 1,697 range.
Located as a premier waterfront community, Floarea Breeze apartments are one to three-bedroom apartments that cost as much as AED1.8 million ($489,747) per one-bedroom unit. Therefore, it is expected that the project will be completed in Q3 2027.

Floarea Breeze is the sixth residential project being undertaken by Mashriq Elite in Dubai, after the recent groundbreaking of Floarea Skies in Jumeirah Village Circle with 192 high-end apartments and Floarea Oasis in Dubai Land Residential Complex (DLRC) with 257 luxury apartments.
Mashriq Elite had also delivered Floarea Residence in Arjan in the Dubailand master community in 206 apartments earlier this year. The developer has a strong pipeline of more than 1,200 new residential apartments that are in different stages of planning and implementation.
These projects cut across the high-end residential areas in Dubai, and they comprise Floarea Vista in Discovery Gardens, Floarea Grande in Arjan, and projects beyond those on the drawing board in Meydan District-11 and Dubai Production City.
