The MENA Golf Tour, the Middle East and North Africa’s premier professional golf circuit, is set for a significant new chapter. Headquartered in the UAE, the Tour has announced its official relaunch with an ambitious schedule of 12 international tournaments for the upcoming season, each boasting a prize purse of US$100,000.

Leading this new era is Richard Rayment, who has been appointed as the Tour’s new General Manager. With over three decades of international experience in golf and sports management, Rayment is poised to steer the Tour in its renewed mission to foster talent in the region and beyond.

The new season is slated to begin in November with the Qualifying School in Portugal, setting the stage for a full tournament schedule that will run through March 2026. The relaunch signifies the Tour’s commitment to providing a robust and competitive platform for both established and emerging players.

Founded in 2011, the MENA Golf Tour holds the unique distinction of being the only professional golf circuit in the region to be officially recognized by the Official World Golf Ranking (OWGR). By relaunching for the 2025/26 season, the Tour will continue its vital role as a development pathway, offering players a direct route to the HotelPlanner Tour and the prestigious DP World Tour Qualifying School.
