Modon today announced that Bashayer, the first waterfront residential community on Hudayriyat Island, sold out completely within a single day of its launch, achieving AED3 billion in sales.
The overwhelming demand highlights Hudayriyat Island’s status as one of the region’s most sought-after residential destinations and underscores Modon’s strategy of creating communities designed for modern, integrated living.
