TownX, one of Dubai’s fastest-growing real estate developers with an AED 4 billion project portfolio, has appointed Ocean Stone as the main contractor for its AED 662 million Ashley Hills development in Arjan. Spanning over 400,000 sq. ft. of sellable area, the project marks another milestone in TownX’s drive to deliver premium residential communities in Dubai.
Ocean Stone, a leading construction firm with a track record in large-scale residential projects, will lead the development of 616 residential units at Ashley Hills. The project will offer a mix of spacious apartments catering to families and investors in one of Dubai’s most rapidly developing districts.

In parallel, TownX has commenced the collection of Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from prospective buyers and investors, reflecting strong market appetite for quality residential options in Arjan.
Ashley Hills will be delivered in phases, with handover timelines to be confirmed as work progresses. Its strategic location in Arjan offers excellent road connectivity and access to expanding infrastructure, positioning it as a prime living destination.
Since its inception in 2017, TownX has delivered over 1,774 units, with 2,125 apartments currently in development. The developer is known for completing projects ahead of schedule and with meticulous attention to detail. Key projects delivered include Easy18, Easy19, Luma21, and Luma22 in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), while ongoing developments include 11 Hills Park at Dubai Science Park and Luma Park Views in JVC.
