OCTA Development, the real estate arm of OCTA Properties, has unveiled its first residential project, OCTA Isle Interiors by Missoni, on the Dubai Islands. The launch marks the company’s debut as a standalone developer, bringing branded luxury living to one of Dubai’s most sought-after waterfront destinations.

The development features a curated mix of 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom apartments, blending resort-style amenities with interiors designed by the iconic Italian fashion house Missoni. Renowned for its bold patterns and vibrant aesthetics, Missoni is bringing its distinctive design language into the project’s residences and shared spaces.

A Resort-Inspired Lifestyle

Set against the backdrop of Dubai Islands’ beaches and marina, the project offers a suite of leisure-focused amenities, including:

  • A wrap-around lazy river and urban beach pool.
  • Sports courts for active residents.
  • A Wellness Bay complete with a steam room, sauna, and spa treatment suites.

Developer & Design Collaboration

Fawaz Sous, CEO of OCTA Development, said the project reflects the company’s values of quality and innovation. “These residences embody our core promise of high standards, thoughtful design, and premium living,” he noted.

Giacomo Missoni, Global Brand Spokesperson at Missoni, added: “It is a true pleasure to continue our collaboration with OCTA, especially as they embark on their first residential project. Together, we aim to set new benchmarks for branded residences in Dubai.”
