LEO Developments has announced the official launch of Vistal, the latest international venture, at Al Mouj Muscat in Oman. It has luxury apartments and duplex chalets, involving more than 50 premium amenities.

As a major milestone in the Oman real estate industry, Vistal is the first branded residential development to be supported by Victoria Swarovski with a perfect blend of European luxury and indigenous Omani style.

The unveiling of the project was done under the patronage of Dr Khalfan bin Saeed bin Mubarak al-Shueili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, in the presence of a special ceremony held in Muscat.

Meanwhile, it is currently being opened to freehold sales, and foreign buyers have the advantage of permanent residency. It is located at Al Mouj Muscat, Vistal boasts direct sea views.

The statement from LEO Developments indicated that it was inspired by the fluid movement of ocean waves. The development has over 50 facilities such as a private beach, luxury swimming pools, spa and wellness centre, VIP lounge, and world-class hotel services.

It was reported that the residential services are luxury apartments and duplex chalets with exclusive finishes that are based on Victoria Swarovski. All the units have panoramic sea views with glass terraces offering the residents an outstanding living experience.

The Chairman of LEO Developments, reflecting on the inspiration behind the project, Viktor Serenkov, said that “Oman is a land where history is made. I never expected to find a country that would inspire me so deeply. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by its uniqueness – the natural beauty, the sea, and the warmth of its people. We recognised an opportunity to create a new architectural chapter here.”

LEO Developments is a company that focuses on the construction of communities, luxury destinations, and architectural masterpieces with a history of more than 20 years in Europe. Therefore, Serenkov expressed pride in introducing this legacy to Oman, highlighted that Vistal is just the beginning.

He stated that “We have other iconic projects in the pipeline that will soon be unveiled, blending Eastern and Western influences and transforming Muscat into a hub of luxury and architectural innovation.”

Regarding the decision for Al Mouj Muscat to Vistal, Serenkov added that “Al Mouj is more than a waterfront—it is a lifestyle characterized by peace, harmony, and modern urban living. Vistal’s design features fluid lines, establishing it as a new symbol of luxury that harmonizes fluid architecture, European sophistication, and Omani heritage.”

TradeArabia News Service reported that he noted that with the launch of the first branded luxury residential development in Oman, Vistal, with freehold sales and permanent residency for foreign buyers, indicates a significant transition towards the attraction of high-net-worth international investors and the development of Oman as a real estate destination.
